Regrettably, due to the escalating Covid-19 crisis, Holy Trinity will be closed from this Sunday 10th January.

Therefore, there will not be an 8.30am service until further notice.
Holy Trinity will also not be open for private prayer.
This decision has been made given the virulence of the new strain of virus with:

* Risk to those who attend services (and our families);
* The mounting crisis in the NHS;
* The need to do all that we can to reinforce the Government's message that we must stay at home (unless going out is essential/daily exercise).
Of course, prayer, worship, receiving of Communion are essential.  We look forward to the time - hopefully, not too long - when our churches will be fully open again. For now, please sustain your daily prayer at home, join us on Zoom for our weekly Communion service, and consider joining a Life Group (ask me for more details).
I am sure this decision will not come as a surprise, and it seems most of our church members have already decided it is best not to come to worship in Church - there were just three people in the congregation on 3rd January at 8.30am.  If you are concerned or would like to discuss this decision, please do not hesitate to contact me.

With my continuing prayers and all best wishes to all members and friends of the Church in Westcott.
Alan, Vicar
